Football Players - $170 (13yr & 15yrs) (Midget Division) (13 yr depends on weight to play Midget)

Complete Registration Package

Original Certified Birth Certificate and a copy on all 1st year participants (No Hospital copies) (Must be submitted before 1st day of practice, original ill be retured after certification of child)

Copy of Certified Birth Certificate on all 2010 returning participants (2010 player card will be used as 1st Identification of age.

2nd proof of birthdates, such as school registration, school I.D, medical card, passport, baptismal paper, etc with birthdates.

Sports Physical (Physical must be dated after January 1st  & Must be submitted before the 1st day of practice).

All fees are required to be paid by the first day of practice (July 25th )
